1. Agreement

By inviting nyro, using the dashboard, or visiting the website, you agree to these terms. If you manage a server, you are responsible for making sure your server's use of nyro follows these terms and Discord's own rules.

2. Using nyro

Nyro provides Discord server tools such as moderation, logging, automation, tickets, giveaways, levels, invite tracking, and dashboard configuration. Features may change over time as the bot is improved.

• Do not use nyro to harass, spam, raid, scam, or abuse Discord users or communities.
• Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the bot or dashboard.
• Only configure nyro in servers where you have permission to manage bot settings.

3. Dashboard Access

The dashboard uses Discord login so nyro can show servers you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for actions made from your logged-in Discord account. Log out on shared devices.

4. Server Content

Server owners and staff control the content and settings they create with nyro. This includes custom messages, embeds, automations, forms, logs, and any text entered into dashboard fields.

5. Premium

Premium unlocks higher limits and extra tools for selected servers. Premium access, pricing, and included features may change. If a payment fails, is refunded, or expires, premium-only systems may be paused while the saved settings remain available where possible.

6. Availability

Nyro is provided as-is. We work to keep the bot stable, but uptime, response time, and feature availability can be affected by maintenance, Discord outages, hosting issues, or abuse prevention.

7. Suspension or Removal

We may limit access, remove nyro from a server, disable dashboard access, or block use when the bot is abused, security is at risk, or these terms are violated.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when nyro changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
