1. Information nyro may process

Nyro only processes information needed to run server features, protect communities, and show dashboard settings.

• Discord account details you provide through login, such as user ID, username, avatar, and the servers Discord says you can manage.
• Server details such as guild ID, server name, icon, member count, roles, channels, and enabled module settings.
• Configuration data such as prefixes, logging channels, moderation thresholds, giveaway settings, forms, embeds, and custom messages.
• Operational data needed for features, such as moderation cases, command usage, invite counts, level progress, tickets, logs, and automation events.
• Support or review content you choose to submit, including text, names, and server names.

2. How the data is used

Data is used to provide nyro's features, keep settings saved, show your dashboard, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

3. Sharing

Nyro does not sell your data. Data may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, protect users, or work with trusted infrastructure providers.

4. Cookies and Discord Login

The dashboard may use cookies or local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember interface state. Discord OAuth is used to verify your identity and server management access.

5. Retention

Server settings are kept while nyro is used in a server. Logs, cases, and feature records may be kept for as long as needed for the enabled module. Data can be removed when a server stops using nyro or when deletion is requested where possible.

6. Your Choices

You can remove nyro from a server, disable modules, clear configurable content, log out of the dashboard, or contact support to request help with data deletion.

7. Security

Nyro uses reasonable safeguards to protect stored data and dashboard access. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so server staff should only grant dashboard access to trusted people.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated as nyro changes. The updated date will show when the policy was last changed.
